Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school education preferred.
• Strong mechanical background with gearing knowledge.
• 1–2 years in wind energy or related industry preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and heavy equipment.
• Proficient with SQL Server software and reporting systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wind turbines and related plant equipment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
• Assess safety risks and promote risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Remote Operations Control Center for remote tasks.
• Complete required training and document work using service reporting tools.
