Josephson Dunlap, LLP is seeking a senior-level litigator with 7–15 years of substantial experience in wage and hour or employment litigation. The role involves sophisticated court and arbitration work, collaboration with Partners, and strategic case development across complex matters.

Candidates should possess strong advocacy, trial preparation, and legal writing skills, and be capable of leading teams while handling high-stakes docket management.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing.
• 7–15 years of substantial litigation experience and trial advocacy.
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and complex litigation is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Lead litigation strategy with Partners and prepare clients and witnesses for trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents with persuasiveness.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and participate in mediation and conference settings.
• Proactively manage assigned matters and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff to develop litigation skills.
