Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• 7–15 years of substantial litigation experience.
• Significant experience handling depositions and in-court advocacy at hearings.
• Experience with trial preparation and presentation and managing complex/high-stakes litigation.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys and staff.
• Wage and hour or employment litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Develop litigation strategy with Partners and briefing team.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for significant proceedings.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and mediations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff; collaborate with Partners, paralegals, and legal staff.
