Stratford Davis LLC is seeking an entry-level Solutions Rep to learn how to hear a household’s problem, frame options, and recommend a fit — all through mentor-guided calls and virtual meetings.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with discovery, framing, education, and iterative recommendations, supported by structured mentorship and paid training as you grow in a high-commission, performance-driven environment.

What Solutions Reps Do

Most reps work 3–4 focused days. Warm, pre-qualified flow — never cold calling. Beginner training, free platforms, structured mentorship, and fully paid trips/conferences for high performers are standard.
