Job summary

Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia is seeking an Associate Infrastructure Communications Analyst to support cloud-based telephony, messaging, UCaaS/CCaaS. This entry-level role targets recent graduates with 0–1 years of experience and will help transition from on-prem PBX to Zoom cloud services.

You will assist in configuring Zoom Phone, provisioning MACs, and troubleshooting telephony issues, while supporting end users and coordinating with the Networking team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, telecommunications, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience; internship in IT/telecommunications a plus.
• Ability to navigate modern software and cloud administration portals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and feature configuration of Zoom Phone.
• Manage MACs for users including account provisioning & endpoint installations.
• Investigate and resolve telephony issues related to SIP trunking and call routing.
• Assist Networking team with Layer 1/2 support and cabling.
• Maintain records for cabling locations and billing; assist with E911 routing compliance.
• Provide end-user support for faculty and staff using softphones and devices.
