Responsibilities

• Gathers essential information for call queues, shared lines, and user creation requests.
• Maintains documentation for ASU telephone, cabling, and wiring systems.
• Provides timely updates to customers on requests and tickets.
• Leverages AI in routine tasks to improve unit efficiency and performance.
