Job summary

BRG, a global consulting firm, is seeking an entry‑level Associate for its Turnaround & Restructuring team in the United States. You will work on engagements across disputes, corporate finance, and performance improvement, building three‑statement models and cash flow analyses.

Candidates must graduate between Dec 2026 and May 2027 and be eligible to work in the U.S. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, client presentations, and exposure to C‑suite level issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience, including internships
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative analysis results and develop insights

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day activities of BRG Corporate Finance – Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams.
• Execute multiple tasks across a consulting engagement including modeling and client presentations.
• Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform 13‑week cash flow models, 3‑statement models, and pro‑forma scenario models.
• Demonstrate teamwork; collaborate with T&R and BRG experts, other firms, and client contacts to achieve objectives.
• Assist in preparation of reports, analyses, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to developing a fast‑growing consulting practice including marketing and pitches.
