Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or degree equivalent in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 0-1 years of experience, including internships.
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data; develop insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication; interact with junior and senior team members and stakeholders.
• Mature presence, empathy, intellectual curiosity, and ability to learn quickly; strong problem solving.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word; travel willingness as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support BRG Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams on engagements.
• Execute 13‑week cash flow models, 3‑statement models, and pro‑forma scenario models.
• Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Participate in marketing, client pitches, and product/practice development.
