Job summary

Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is seeking an entry-level Associate for our Turnaround & Restructuring practice in the United States. The role supports client service teams on engagements, builds 3-statement models and cash flow analyses, and assists in marketable deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance with 0–1 year experience, strong Excel skills, and a willingness to travel; the position offers growth in a fast-growing, data-driven advisory environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience, including internships
• Bachelor's degree or degree equivalent in a related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with team members and stakeholders
• Strong problem solving and project management skills
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Responsibilities

• Support BRG Corporate Finance – Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams on engagements.
• Execute multiple tasks across a consulting engagement including modeling and client presentations.
• Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to perform tasks including: 13‑week cash flow models, 3‑statement models, and pro‑forma scenario models.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment; collaborate with T&R and BRG experts, professionals from other firms, and client contacts to achieve engagement objectives.
• Assist in preparation of reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Participate in development of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice including assisting in marketing, client pitches, and product and practice development.
