Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking entry-level mechanics/ preventative maintenance technicians in Florida. You will gain hands-on experience servicing heavy- and light-duty trucks, with diesel, gasoline, and CNG-powered vehicles, while receiving training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, lubrication services, brake inspections, and assisting with repairs on various truck fleets. No extensive experience required; safety and reliability are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Ability to read basic instructions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Perform safety inspections during PM services and Safety Lane checks.
• Complete lubrication services on assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Learn brake inspection procedures and documentation requirements.
• Assist with maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty waste trucks.
• Help complete repair orders, parts documentation, and data entry.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards.
• Work alongside experienced A & B Technicians to learn repair and diagnostic procedures.
