Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; entry-level role with no prior tree-trimming experience required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment and operate hand tools safely.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operates and services required tools and equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into a woodchipper.
• Relays signals, directs traffic, and helps set up safety barriers.
• Maintains clean work areas and performs related duties as assigned.
• Assists in training new employees and ensures safe working conditions.
