Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer Trainee in Wisconsin. This on-site, full-time, non-exempt role offers hourly pay and a benefits package. No prior experience is required, but candidates must be able to perform physically demanding work and operate field equipment.

Responsibilities include trimming trees, operating tools, loading debris, and maintaining safety and housekeeping. A driver’s license is preferred, and pre-employment checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Cleans and prepares debris for removal and disposal.
• Loads/unloads trucks and feeds brush into woodchipper.
• Sets up barriers and safety zones around work areas.
• Maintains good housekeeping on trucks and at work locations.
