Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Trimmer Trainee to join our field crew. The role is full-time, non-exempt, paid hourly, with comprehensive benefits.

You will trim and remove trees and debris, operate tools, load trucks, and assist with training new hires while maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites. This entry-level position offers hands-on learning and growth within a nationwide utility line-clearing company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, trunk sections.
• Operate and service all required tools/equipment.
• Loads/unloads trucks.
• Relays hand signals, directs traffic, drives, and operates trucks and equipment.
• Keeps trucks and work areas clear and orderly.
