Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Trimmer Trainee for full-time, non-exempt work. You will trim and remove trees, operate tools, and assist with debris handling in outdoor environments.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work overhead, climb-ladders, and withstand adverse weather. Training will be provided; pre-employment screening may apply. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding work.
• Standing, walking, climbing, and handling tools in various weather.
• Must be able to work safely at heights and around equipment.

Responsibilities

• Trim and remove trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operate and service required tools and equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and feed debris into a woodchipper.
• Repair minor damage to lawns, fences, and walkways.
• Maintain good housekeeping on trucks and work locations.
