Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Trimmer Trainee to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt role involves trimming trees, operating equipment, and ensuring safety in outdoor work environments.

Entry-level position with potential for growth; no prior experience required. Requires physical stamina, balance, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Driver's license preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Walk, climb and work from ladders at various heights on uneven surfaces.
• Possess good hand-to-eye coordination and balance.

Responsibilities

• Trims and/or removes trees, branches, and trunk sections.
• Operates and services required tools and equipment.
• Cuts and splits debris into manageable pieces and loads trucks.
• Pays attention to safety and safeguards employees and the public.
• Assists in training new employees and maintains tool integrity.
