Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Agoura Hills is seeking a full-time landscape crew member to support pruning, removal, and maintenance tasks at ground level. You will operate basic tools, wear required PPE, and work closely with climbers to keep work zones safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Follow established directions and procedures related to roping, rigging, and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground-level tree care operations in support of pruning, removal, and maintenance activities.
• Demonstrate introductory proficiency in the safe operation of powered equipment (woodchippers, trucks, blowers).
• Use hand tools effectively and safely to complete tree care tasks.
• Maintain a clean, secure job site and implement traffic controls as needed.
• Communicate with climbers and crew using standard hand signals.
