Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, dispatch, operations support, call center, or related roles
• Passion for helping customers and resolving issues with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with drivers, customers, and cross-functional teams
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service
• Monitor shipment activity and provide updates to customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and daily transportation activities to support on-time pickup and delivery performance
• Investigate and resolve shipment, delivery, and driver-related issues with urgency and professionalism
• Work collaboratively with operations teams to identify solutions and minimize service disruptions
• Maintain regular communication with drivers, customers, and internal business partners regarding shipment status and operational changes
• Escalate critical issues when necessary and follow through to completion
• Enter and update shipment information, customer interactions, and operational details within company systems
• Ensure data accuracy and timely documentation of transportation activities
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
• Contribute to a team-focused environment that values collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
