Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance to timekeepers in trademark prosecution, maintenance, enforcement, and litigation.
• Develop knowledge of U.S. and foreign rules and filing procedures and firm procedures.
• Prepare and send correspondence regarding foreign filings and litigation to foreign counsel.
• Manage client trademark portfolios and monitor U.S. and foreign prosecution and enforcement.
• Submit filings with the USPTO and perform trademark searches with multiple databases.
• Prepare client status reports and assist with docket organization.
