Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring a Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You will receive hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles, work in a fast-paced shop, and help deliver a WOW experience with safety and care.

Compensation starts at $14.00–$16.00 per hour, with overtime and weekly commission opportunities, plus paid weekly wages. Authorized US workers 18+ are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide great customer service and maintain a safety‑driven work manner.
• Ability to stand long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+) and available on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires on customer vehicles.
• Operate tire balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately and keep the shop organized.
• Assist customers and teammates; provide outstanding service.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
