Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician in the United States. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires, operate balancers and tire machines, and complete work orders while keeping the shop organized and safe.

You’ll gain hands-on training and growth opportunities, with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, and a WOW experience for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions.
• Strong teamwork and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
