Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry level Tire Technician to join our automotive service team in a fast-paced shop environment. You will learn hands-on tire installation, balancing and repair techniques while delivering a WOW customer experience.

Position offers paid weekly pay, opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and career growth as you advance through defined career paths within our family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers’ needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
