Job summary

Tire Discounters, a nationwide family-owned tire and service retailer, is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician. In this hands-on role, you’ll replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles and receive training to grow into more advanced positions.

You’ll operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, maintain the shop, assist customers and coworkers, and deliver a WOW experience with safety and teamwork at the center of every day.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude required.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and mechanical hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
