Tire Discounters is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused shop. You will gain hands-on training while learning to replace, repair, and rotate tires across customer vehicles.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with outdoor conditions and occasional hazards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
