Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You’ll receive hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles and grow within a family-owned automotive service retailer that values people and safety.

You will join a supportive team, earn hourly pay with overtime and weekly commissions, and benefit from our defined career paths and training programs designed to help you advance into higher technician and management roles.

Qualifications

• Service-minded attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand long, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
