Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an entry level Tire Technician to help replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. You’ll receive hands-on training designed to build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

You’ll work with a friendly, safety‑minded team, learn shop operations, and contribute to the “WOW” experience our customers expect, while earning weekly pay and pocketing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
• Paid weekly
