Job summary

Tire Discounters in Ohio is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our family-owned service team. This role focuses on tire installation, repair, balancing machinery, and hands-on training to build skills for advanced positions.

You will complete work orders, keep the shop organized, assist customers and teammates, and uphold a safe, collaborative work environment while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
