Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven, entry-level Territory Sales Representative to expand our supplemental insurance solutions across small and medium businesses. The role emphasizes direct engagement, training, and meeting sales targets within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with comprehensive training.
• Must be able to obtain Health & Life license or be willing to obtain; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates close to degree or with relevant sales/athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the team manager.
