Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven entry-level Territory Sales Representative in Plano, TX to reach out to small and medium-sized businesses and introduce supplemental insurance solutions. You will receive comprehensive training and gain autonomy to manage your schedule while building a local client portfolio.

You will engage decision-makers, perform product showcases, and visit prospects to establish relationships.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.
• Candidates within 6 months of degree or with relevant sales/athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs for potential clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; re-service existing clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
