Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Termite Technician to join our field service team. You will inspect, prevent, and treat termite activity, protect customers’ properties, and serve as the first line of defense against wood-destroying pests.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and customer-service experience. This full-time role requires safety-compliant work on structures, ladders, and crawl spaces with PPE and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Termite control experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours (Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed).
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Basic math skills for measurements and mixing.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatments safely per guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments according to schedule and instructions.
• Communicate critical conditions to customers and discuss procedures.
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services.
