Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers' properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, prevention, and treatment services as the first line of defense.

This role requires readiness to work on ladders up to 20 feet, in confined spaces, and to wear PPE. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; customer-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience a plus.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (provided by us).
• Must be able to wear PPE and work in confined spaces and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatments safely according to guidelines.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per instructions.
• Communicate with customers about conditions and procedures.
• Verify job specifications for each work order.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Document services performed and interact with customers.
