Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a dedicated Termite Technician to perform treatment services and identify termite problems per company guidelines. You will communicate treatment steps to customers and work in crawl spaces or on structures using standard tools and vehicles.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to learn, flexible hours, and licensing ability are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in customer service; termite control experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with willingness to learn.
• Flexible hours including Mondays–Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines.
• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Communicate critical conditions and procedures to customers.
• Enter/exit structures and crawl spaces; climb stairs and ladders.
• Use application/inspection equipment and tools.
• Tolerate various environmental conditions; adapt to site conditions.
• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicle in good working order.
