Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Pest Control Technicians to deliver industry-leading pest management for residential customers. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, and apply treatments while explaining solutions to clients, always prioritizing safety and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will maintain equipment, coordinate with customers, and participate in ongoing training. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Licenses as required by regulations may be needed.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and weekends as needed.
• Willing to learn and become knowledgeable in pest control.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests safely.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and communicate the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and safely operate a company-provided service vehicle.
