Job description

Position Overview

Provides emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to customers following assigned work orders provided by the Lead Technician/Crew Chief.

Job Responsibilities

1. Performs water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed by supervisor, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal/disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition.
2. Sets up and monitors air movers and/or dehumidifiers.
3. Performs other cleaning duties (e.g., construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning) as part of mitigation or restoration jobs.
4. Reports any equipment malfunctions to supervisor.
5. Reports customer problems or damages to supervisor.
6. Completes assigned tasks according to company processes while maintaining quality control.

Job Requirements
