Job Requirements:

1. Entry Level Technician will be fully trained to perform the following duties:
2. Servicing, repairing, and rebuilding truck-mounted hydraulic equipment including aerials, digger derricks, light cranes, boom loaders, winches, lift gates, reel loaders, etc.
3. Inspect and test aerial equipment according to ANSI standards.
4. Occasional travel to customer sites as needed (less than 5-10%).
5. Minimal overnight travel.

Other Experience and Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years' experience in vehicle service repair preferred, especially in automotive, diesel truck, forklift, crane, or heavy equipment industries. Willing to train those with strong mechanical or electrical knowledge or relevant tech classes.
2. Experience in hydraulics and chassis electrical is preferred.
3. Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
4. Basic hand tools and experience in their use are required.
5. Ability to work at heights (50 ft) on aerial equipment.
6. Strong work ethic and pleasant attitude required.
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
8. Physical, background check, and drug test required upon hiring.
