Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a customer-focused technical support specialist to assist clients by researching and explaining solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, guide clients through corrective steps, and help improve workstation and LAN performance.

The role emphasizes clear verbal and written communication, the ability to work under pressure, and delivering timely, quality support. Training and documentation duties may also be involved to enhance client outcomes.

Summary

Project Details

Job Experience
  • A self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical concepts to our customers. Must have a love for customer service and helping others. Basic working knowledge of the latest versions of Windows. Excellent speaking and writing skills. Must be able to troubleshoot and quickly diagnose issues. Strong people skills with a professional, energetic, and patient phone manner. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Hourly Rate: 21-28
