Job summary

Epic is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer, based at our campus near Madison, Wisconsin, with relocation assistance provided. You will diagnose mission-critical problems, identify solutions, and manage implementations across multiple locations and stakeholders, helping global healthcare systems deliver better patient care.

You will work with major health systems and universities, traveling as needed to customer sites, to deploy and support Epic software while enjoying comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater is required or preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems, identify solutions, and manage implementations across multiple locations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customer counterparts to deploy Epic software and ensure successful outcomes.
• Support deployments at customer sites as needed.
