Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking entry‑level talent for its EDGE Technical Sales and Consulting Program in the United States. You will train across sales, technical, and professional disciplines, with placement in one of our field sales offices after completion of the program.

The role targets recent graduates, offering hands‑on experience, rotations through field service engineering, and mentoring by domain experts to build client‑facing skills and product proficiency with Rockwell products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Must be location flexible.
• A valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests to communicate capability and benefits of our portfolio.
• Provide technical support in pre-sales activities for a defined range of products within a geography.
• Assist with commercial marketing activities and interface with product teams.
• Be the contact for product and quality issues and provide post-sales troubleshooting when needed.
• Act as a local interface with Tech Support and be a technical resource for Rockwell Automation products.
• Participate in a formal training program followed by a rotation in field service engineering for hands-on learning.
