LeoForce, a leading manufacturer of precision motion solutions, seeks a technical sales professional in the United States. The role targets driving growth with OEMs in medical, semiconductor, robotics, and automation sectors.

You will apply deep motion-control knowledge to tailor solutions and close multi-year contracts. The ideal candidate has a ME-related degree and 1+ years in technical sales or applications engineering, with travel flexibility and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Semiconductor Equipment, Robotics & Automation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand motion control systems.
• Proficiency in bearings, linear guides, linear motion systems, actuators, motion control, or precision positioning equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory or business segment.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide product solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations highlighting value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to hit sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product/engineering) to address customer needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
