Job summary

LeoForce in Allentown, PA is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to own the design of custom industrial automation solutions from concept through production. You will collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Customers to ensure on-time delivery at high quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing or automation, with strong Autodesk Inventor/AutoCAD skills and excellent communication. On-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging equipment, systems integration, or industrial automation.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD 3D; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer applications with Sales Engineers to develop automation solutions.
• Perform calculations to ensure system performance meets specs.
• Design automation systems using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD 3D; produce detailed drawings.
