DensityAI is seeking a recruiting coordinator in California to support sourcing passive technical candidates and keep interviews moving smoothly. You will help build pipelines for silicon and systems roles, craft personalized outreach, and manage interview logistics across time zones.

The role emphasizes ownership from day one, with a path toward becoming a recruiter, and collaboration across teams. Strong attention to detail and adaptability are valued for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in recruiting coordination or fast-paced operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills maintaining many threads.
• Strong written communication; outreach should sound personal, not templated.
• Meticulous data attention and ability to reconcile information.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a growing company.
• Interest in quickly learning technical vocabulary (DV, RTL, packaging, compilers).

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to passive candidates for technical roles.
• Write outreach that gets replies; personalized, specific, and short.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill silicon and systems roles.
• Review inbound applications against role criteria and route the right ones forward quickly.
• Track outreach volume and response rates, and adjust what isn't working.
• Schedule phone screens, panels, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
• Own onsite logistics end to end; agendas, interviewer confirmations, meals, travel, and candidate communications.
• Keep Greenhouse accurate: clean pipelines and correct stages.
• Support campus recruiting — career fairs, info sessions, and intern pipeline logistics.
