Responsibilities

• Identify and document risks that could affect project scope, cost, schedule, or technical performance.
• Collaborate with risk owners and team members to draft risk statements with causes, consequences, and assumptions.
• Update and maintain risk registers with owners, probabilities, impact, actions, due dates, and status.
• Participate in risk review meetings and document outcomes; follow up on action items.
• Learn to assess risk probability and impact using established criteria.
• Understand the capital asset project lifecycle and how risk management supports planning, execution, and closeout.
• Learn fundamentals of cost and schedule risk analysis, including Monte Carlo concepts.
• Gather inputs, run established risk models under guidance, and document assumptions and results.
