Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts (scope, cost, schedule, deliverables).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office apps.
• Ability to organize information and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to learn risk management and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying and documenting project risks and contributing to risk statements.
• Update and maintain risk registers with owners, probability, impact, and actions.
• Participate in risk review meetings and document outcomes.
• Learn fundamentals of cost and schedule risk analysis and Monte Carlo methods.
• Support routine risk assessments and reporting formats.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate risk documentation.
