TEKsystems is seeking an entry-level IT help desk technician to provide end-user support in Columbus, OH. You will respond to calls, emails, and requests, document issues, and track progress to resolution.

This contract role requires 0–3 years of related experience and an associate's degree in a related field. Working onsite, you will follow pre-established guidelines under supervision, leveraging standard concepts and procedures to diagnose and resolve technical problems for a diverse user

• Requires an associate's degree and 0–3 years of related experience.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
