TEKsystems in Dallas, TX is seeking an entry‑level Support Systems Tech for first‑line technical support in a contract‑to‑hire role. You will handle Windows environments, Microsoft 365, email and enterprise apps, with a focus on customer service and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently, including potential nights and weekends. Onsite work in Dallas and growth through training are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support for Windows environments and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot PC, VPN connectivity, and basic server issues remotely.
• Assist with Active Directory-related requests and user access issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate to second-level support as needed and maintain ticket ownership.
