Job summary

System One is seeking a Recruiter Associate to support recruitment efforts across scientific, healthcare, and clinical fields. You will assist with sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent under the guidance of senior recruiters.

You will learn to build strong candidate relationships, identify talent, schedule interviews, and help manage the onboarding process while contributing to client success and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (may be optional with relevant experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in a human resource, customer-focused or sales-related role.
• Demonstrated success in a productivity-focused sales or recruiting environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software.
• Ability to use online research tools and databases to identify potential candidates.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure offers and close deals.
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all recruiting tasks.
