Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking an Entry Level Systems Engineer in Maryland. No prior experience is required, but a TS/SCI FSP level clearance is mandatory. You will perform level 1 restoration using SOPs, Confluence, and past tickets while ensuring continuous monitoring of mission systems.

The role follows a 7am–7pm 12-hour shift on a rotating monthly schedule, with opportunities for growth in software engineering, cybersecurity, and system engineering within the defense and intelligence sectors.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or five years of SE experience.
• Requires an active TS/SCI FSP level clearance with the Maryland customer.

Responsibilities

• Perform level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of mission systems.
• Work a 7am–7pm 12-hour shift on a rotating monthly basis.
