Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking a Field Engineer in Landover, MD to troubleshoot, assess, and support customer systems with TS/SCI clearance. This role involves on-site representation, training, and possible CONUS/OCONUS travel, including hazardous locations. Candidates must have a HS Diploma and 6+ years in electronics/network fields, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Travel CONUS/OCONUS; may include hazardous duty locations.

• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
• Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives.
• Act as local on-site representative to customers organization.
• CONUS and OCONUS travel required - with the possibility of hazardous duty locations

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• HS Diploma with 6+ years of related experience in the field of electronics, computer/network hardware
• An active TS / SCI
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• Security + Certification
• A+ Certification
• Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and VTC equipment
• Familiarity with KG-175, or base communications tech controls
