Job summary

Synergy ECP in Maryland is seeking Field Engineers (System Engineer or System Administrator level depending on experience) to conduct technical analysis of product implementations and enhancements to meet customer specifications.

The position requires active TS/SCI clearance, ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with duties including on-site representation and coordination with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma with 6+ years of related experience in electronics, computer/network hardware.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions per specs.
• Assess product needs per customer specifications.
• Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers and vendors.
• Act as on-site representative to customer organizations.
• Travel CONUS and OCONUS, with potential hazardous locations.
