Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries concerning technology, including questions about SSO ids, passwords, MFA, Secure Auth, networking, Canvas, email, and software/hardware.
• Install and configure desktop systems running Windows and Macintosh OS and peripherals.
• Assist faculty, staff, and students to connect to campus network via VPN, wireless, and wired devices.
• Relocate desktops, projectors and peripherals in labs, classrooms, and offices.
• Provide computing and A/V hardware support and preventative maintenance in classrooms and labs.
