Gallagher is seeking an entry-level Account Manager Associate to join our Surety Bond team in the United States. No prior insurance experience is required; you will learn how surety accounts are managed and progress toward an Account Manager role through licensing and training.

You’ll gain exposure to renewal processes, submissions, and client servicing, while collaborating with experienced colleagues to build industry knowledge and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No previous job-related experience required.
• Ability to communicate information clearly in writing and conversations with colleagues, clients, and partners.
• Ability to organize information and complete tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with renewal processes and provide account servicing support.
• Prepare submissions and gather required information for submissions.
• Follow up on new business and renewal opportunities.
• Support quotation activities.
• Assist with surety bond documentation and overall account servicing.
• Provide support to the account team and complete miscellaneous duties.
• Contribute to building relationships with clients and carrier partners.
